Amber Himes-Cornell is originally from Seattle, Washington in the United States but she has lived in northwest France, in many parts of Italy and in southern England. She works for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on international fisheries policy. She moved to Europe in 2015 with her husband and 3 young kids, who have now grown up speaking 4 languages. Amber speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French. She has a lot of experience traveling in Europe with young kids. She is available for online consultations and if you come to Rome, she would be happy to meet up in person.
