XpatPAL is here to help! Our community of local expats (aka “Pals”) will save you time when planning your trip as well as when you are on your trip. We will help maximize your experience by offering you personalized recommendations and itineraries that fit your needs.
We offer four services. If the client just needs a few pointers, they can use our Concierge service. If the client has their trip planned, but need help with some aspects of the trip and want to confirm that they have all the bases covered, they can use our Travel Advisory service. For those starting from scratch, we can help with that too. They can use our Trip Planning service for personalized travel itineraries. For those planning a special event or extended vacation they can use our Special Events/Extended Stay service.
Our goal is to give travellers the inside scoop – insights that only a person living in the destination would know. In a post Covid world understanding rapidly changing regulations will be just as important as what is safe and open. Help us help travellers experience your city like an insider.

HOW DOES IT WORK
Client will contact their Pal by clicking on the Enquire button within the Pal’s profile. We will respond with a preliminary email confirmation and any follow up questions we may have. After we have received payment, the Pal will provide the client with a comprehensive response to address their needs. Pal’s will be paid their fee when the response is received by the client. All payments will be done through XpatPAL’s secure payment platform.

HOW DOES IT WORK
Client will contact the Pal with their request, and we will respond with a preliminary email confirmation and any follow-up questions we may have. After we have received a deposit payment of US$100, we will start working on the trip providing updates and asking questions along the way. Once a finalized itinerary has been prepared, we will invoice for the remaining balance. Once we have received payment, we will send the client the customized itinerary. Pal’s will be paid their fee when the itinerary is received by the client. All payments will be done through XpatPAL’s secure payment platform.
