WHO IS IT FOR

• Someone who has their vacation planned, but has a few questions or needs advice on a few details related to their trip.

• The traveler who needs the inside scoop on some specific aspect of their trip such as the best restaurant to go to for a special occasion or the best neighborhoods in Rome to get lost.

WHAT IT INCLUDES 

• An exchange of emails within the XpatPAL platform to work out the questions at issue.

• A response within 72 hours of the request with a detailed reply to address the client’s needs.

HOW DOES IT WORK 

The client will contact their Pal by clicking on the Enquire button within a Pal’s profile. We will respond with a preliminary email confirmation and any follow-up questions we may have.

After we have received payment, the Pal will provide the client with a comprehensive response to address their needs. Pal’s will be paid their fee when the response is received by the client. All payments will be done through XpatPAL’s secure payment platform.
